Scope of work: Demolish Existing House, Reconstruction new Semi-Detached House to maximize to URA stipulated setback lines. All bedrooms to have ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Area: Approximately 2,900 square feet build in GFA. Two Storey Semi-Detached House.
